Day 1: Beijing, Arrival

Upon your arrival at the Beijing Capital International Airport, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and recover from jet lag.

Day 2: Beijing, City Highlights Tour

This morning, you will firstly visit the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. After lunch, explore theÂ hutongs, with time to visit Nanluoguxiang.

Day 3: Beijing, Great Wall Tour

After breakfast, you will visit the Great Wall (Mutianyu section, round-trip cable car included) and the Changling Tomb.

Day 4: Summer Palace, Beijing - Xi'an

This morning tour will take you to the Temple of Heaven and the Longing Pearl Stone. Later, visit the exquisite Summer Palace, to be amazed at the beauty and regality of this beautiful royal summer retreat.

After the tour, you will be escorted to the airport for the flight to Xi'an, the capital of ancient China which has a history of over 3,100 years. Upon your arrival, your local guide will greet and guide you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at yourÂ own leisure.

Day 5: Xi'an, Terracotta Warriors & City Highlights

Today, your first stop is to see the incredible Terracotta Warriors, one of the most significant archeological finds in the 20th century. More than 8,000 life-size terracotta soldiers and horses in battle formation have guarded Emperor Qin Shihuang's mausoleum for 2,200 years.

In the afternoon, you will tour the Ancient City Wall. Strolling or cycling on the wall is quite an experience. After the tour, drop by a jade gallery.

Day 6: Muslim Street, Xi'an - Shanghai

After breakfast, you will tour the local Muslim StreetÂ and get some general idea about Chinese Muslim's daily life. Proceed to Shaanxi Museum for a rich historical journey, before being escorted to the airport for your flight to Shanghai.

Day 7: Shanghai, Yu Garden & Shanghai History Tour

Today, you will visit the Yu GardenÂ and the bustling Yuyuan Market, followed by the Jade Buddha Temple, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and Jiangnan Silk Workshop.

Continue to visit Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center and promenade along the Bund. At last, enjoy some leisure time at Xintiandi.

Day 8: Shanghai - Taipei

Take the morning flight to Taipei. Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport, your guide will greet you and escort you to the hotel. Rest of the day is yours to explore in your style.

Day 9: Taipei City Tour

Rise with the vibrant Taipei and start today's exploration. Visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to get a better understanding of contemporary history. En route, pass by the grand Presidential Office Building.

Continue to admire the rich collections of treasures at the National Palace Museum, before going to the ancient Baoan Temple. Later, take in the fantastic view of the whole city on Taipei 101. Rest of the time is free for you to discover.Â

Day 10: Taipei - Sun Moon Lake

Head for Sun Moon Lake in the morning. Take a boat cruise to soak up the fantastic lake views and the clear blue water,Â and then stop at sites around the lake such as Wen Wu Temple, Holy Monk Shrine and Tse-En Pagoda. Rest of the time is yours to relax and explore nearby areas.Â

Day 11: Sun Moon Lake - Hualien

This morning, head for the Hualien to uncover Taroko National Park! Enjoy a leisure trek along the best section of Taroko Gorge to take in spectacular sceneries, with stops at Eternal Spring Shrine, Swallow Caves, Tunnel of Nine Turns, and Tienshiang Loge. Proceed to Chi Hsing Beach, before having some leisure time to relax.Â

Get back to Taipei and enjoy some free time to taste the vibrant Taipei on your own.

Second Honeymoon My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary by spending a few weeks touring around Asia. We loved how Odynovo worked with us to craft a tour of what we wanted to see and how we wanted to see it. This was our first time traveling with a private tour guide, and it was truly amazing. they took care of all transportation, tickets, and everywhere we went we had someone who not only spoke our language, but was also very well-versed in the places we were visiting. We saw Beijing and then took a bullet train to Xi'an. In both cities we had tour guides who had done this "a thousand times," and as a result knew all the tricks on where to take the best pictures, what lines to stand in, where to eat, and what not to waste your time seeing. At one point our guide pulled out ponchos from her backpack when it started to rain, while another helped us haggle for a good price on a new suitcase. We were surprised by how much we loved China, and it is safe to say that is because of the quality of service we got from Odynovo. Oh, and the hotels were great, too! In our first hotel my wife fell in love with her breakfast soup that she had to have every morning, while in Xi'an we were right around the corner from the Muslim Night Market and were able to get to it in less than 5 minutes of walking.We are already looking to see what tours we will be doing next through Odynovo, as the service was amazing, the quality was remarkable, and the cost was very worth it for what we received.

Fabulous! We had a fabulous experience with our guide and Odynovo walking the Great Wall of China, and all other sites in Beijing. We loved our Peking duck dinner. It was fabulous. Thank you, Sammie/Jing for a great experience.

Beijing Beauty It started off with a friendly face at the airport, with Roy, our tour guide.The week has been such a pleasure and a treat. From adventures to The Great Wall, Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City, to local markets, delicious Beijing food and roof top tea houses.Roy and our driver, Mr. Zhou, were prompt in picking us up and driving us around safely.The knowledge and fact about history and Beijing that Roy knows and explains is amazing and the fact he could answer my weird and inquisitive history questionsnwoth ease was a treat.He made it so easy to enjoy ourselves and absorb all that was around us, he even takes great photos too! 😊Polite, kind and thoughtful and ever patient in letting us take our time with things that interested us.I would highly recommend this tour and Roy again and again.

Amazing travel experience My name is Zarah M. Babangida a Nigerian and i visited Beijing with my colleagues from the office. During our 5 day stay in Beijing, Ms. Eva Ma, was our Tour guide and from the minute we came through the Arrival Gate of the Airport, we were embraced by her alluring smile and warm welcome. She remained consistent with her warmth, a kind and intelligent professional who exuded unique passion not just for her job as a tour guide but, even more so as a proud Chinese woman. Her outstanding insight and knowledge of the sweet Chinese history and heritage left us in awe. I couldn't be more proud and thankful that she was assigned to our group and she made our stay exciting, fun-filled effortless and knowledge packed. I absolutely commend her dedication to work which she depicted throughout our stay. I recommend her to every visiting tourist because to know Eva, is to love her.
